1. Definitions and Interpretations

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the rush33 website, including all pages, services and functions available under the domain rush33.one.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on this platform.
• "Account" refers to a user account validly registered on the rush33 platform.
• "Real Money" refers to actual funds in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) or cryptocurrency held in a user's account.
• "Bonus" refers to any additional credits or benefits granted by rush33 to users in accordance with the applicable promotion terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount of bets that must be placed before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the rush33 platform, you confirm that you have fully read and understood these Terms and Conditions. Continued use of the platform after any amendments is considered acceptance of the updated terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are requested not to use the rush33 platform. Registering an account automatically confirms your agreement with this document, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

rush33 reserves the right to modify, add to or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being published on the platform.

3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration Eligibility

rush33 account registration is only open to individuals who meet the following conditions:

• Aged 21 years or above at the date of registration.
• Residing in an area permitted to access online betting platforms.
• Has not previously held a rush33 account that was frozen, suspended or terminated due to a violation of terms.
• Registering in a personal capacity, not as a representative of a company or business entity.

3.2 One Account Per User

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account on the rush33 platform. Holding more than one account — whether under your own name or using another party's information — is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all accounts in question and forfeiture of fund balances.

3.3 Account Information

You are fully responsible for the security of your account, including your password and login details. rush33 will not be responsible for any losses arising from the disclosure of account information to third parties. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our support team immediately.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

rush33 accepts deposits via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH. The minimum deposit for all payment methods is RM10. All valid deposits are processed automatically and credited to your account in a short time.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal is RM100 per transaction. Standard withdrawal processing time is between 10 to 45 minutes depending on the method selected and the verification process required. rush33 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving a withdrawal, particularly for larger amounts.

4.3 Bonus Withdrawal Conditions

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Before any winnings from bonus funds can be transferred, the specified wagering requirement must be met in full. Failure to meet this condition within the specified period may result in the forfeiture of the bonus.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

rush33 offers a welcome bonus to new members of 100% on the first deposit up to RM300. For example, a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM100, bringing the account balance to RM200 with a wagering requirement of RM2,500 (RM100 × 25). For a deposit of RM800, the bonus received is RM300, bringing the balance to RM1,100 with a wagering requirement of RM7,500 (RM300 × 25).

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount received. The period to meet this wagering requirement will be stated when the bonus offer is activated.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless stated otherwise.
• rush33 reserves the right to cancel bonuses obtained through illegitimate or rule-breaking means.
• Abuse of the bonus system, including using multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, will result in account closure.
• Specific conditions for each promotion will be stated on the relevant campaign page and should be read together with these general terms.

5.3 VIP Programme

rush33 has four VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum — each offering different weekly cashback rates. Members at Bronze tier are eligible for cashback of up to 0.4%, Silver up to 0.8%, Gold up to 1.1% and Platinum up to 1.5% each week. Progression between tiers depends on the member's activity and betting record.

6. Game Rules

rush33 offers a range of game categories including online slots, live casino and sports betting. Each game category may have its own additional rules. The game rules displayed on the platform at the time the game is played are the rules that apply.

Game results issued by the rush33 server and game providers are final. In the event of a technical disruption during an active game session, rush33 will endeavour to resolve the situation fairly based on available system records.

7. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on the rush33 platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other technical tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, system errors or technical vulnerabilities for the purpose of gaining profit.
• Money laundering through repeated deposit and withdrawal activity.
• Identity fraud or using another person's personal information to register or conduct transactions.
• Collusion between players in multi-user games such as poker or live games.
• Abusing the bonus system through multiple account registrations or other unauthorised methods.
• Threatening, harassing or using inappropriate language towards the support team or other users.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions gives rush33 the right to suspend or close the relevant account immediately, forfeit funds associated with the unlawful activity, and take appropriate legal action if necessary.

8. Liability Limits

rush33 will not be liable for any losses arising from:

• Internet service disruptions or technical issues beyond our control.
• Game outcomes that are unsatisfactory to the user but were validly determined by the system.
• Use of the platform by a third party who gains access to your account due to your own negligence.
• Changes in laws or regulations that affect the availability of services in certain areas.

rush33's aggregate liability to any user under any circumstances will not exceed the amount of real money held in that user's account at the time the claim is made.

9. Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 Closure by User

Users have the right to close their own account at any time by contacting the rush33 customer support team. Before closure is processed, all outstanding wagering requirements must be completed first, and any eligible real money balance will be returned in accordance with standard procedures.

9.2 Closure by rush33

rush33 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or suspicion that the user has violated any of the terms stated in this document. In such cases, funds associated with the unlawful activity may be forfeited.

10. Responsible Gambling
